Can scopes be adjusted after the engagement starts?
Yes. We define the initial scope clearly, but if requirements change during the engagement we discuss adjustments transparently. No surprise invoices.

Yes. Greenfield is our preferred starting point. We provision everything as code from day one — no legacy constraints, no manual configurations to unwind.
What is the typical delivery timeline for an implementation?
Most implementation engagements deliver a production-ready environment in 4–8 weeks depending on scope. Complex multi-account or regulated environments take longer.
How do you handle our AWS credentials?
We operate on a strict zero static keys policy. All automation uses OIDC federation with temporary tokens scoped to minimum required permissions — typically 15-minute expiry. Your long-lived credentials never leave your account.
Can you sign an NDA before the initial call?
Yes, always. We routinely sign NDAs before any technical discussion. Send us an email and we will have our standard NDA back to you within 24 hours.
What happens to our infrastructure after the engagement?
You own 100% of everything — code, modules, pipelines, documentation. We use your repositories and your AWS accounts. At delivery, we perform a structured handoff with no residual access retained.
Can we speak with previous clients as references?
Yes, upon request after an initial call. We maintain confidentiality publicly but can arrange reference calls with previous clients who have agreed to this.
