1. Who collects your data

The data controller is LRA Cloud Operations (operated by Ruben Liquenson), reachable at info@lracloudops.com. This policy applies to data submitted through the contact form at lracloudops.com.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect:

• Full name
• Business email address
• Engagement type and estimated scope (if provided)
• Message content

We do not collect payment information, health data, or any special category data under GDPR Article 9.

3. Why we collect it

Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether we can help with your project. We do not use this data for marketing, profiling, or third-party advertising.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — responding to a direct inquiry from the data subject.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained for up to 12 months after the last communication. If no engagement is established, data is deleted after this period.

5. Third-party processors

• Web3Forms — processes form submissions and routes them to our inbox. Form data passes through their servers. See Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — CAPTCHA verification to prevent spam. No personal data is stored by Turnstile. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first, cookieless analytics. No personal data or IP addresses are stored. Data is aggregated and anonymous.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, session duration, referral source). GA4 uses cookies and may process your IP address. No data is shared with advertising networks. Data is retained for 14 months. See Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These cookies expire after 2 years and 13 months respectively.

Beyond GA4 cookies, the site uses two localStorage keys that contain no personal data and are never sent to any server:

• announcement-dismissed — remembers if you closed the announcement bar.
• lang-preference — remembers your selected interface language.

7. Your rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

8. Data security

All data transmitted to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS enforced via HSTS). The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with strict security headers including Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options and Permissions-Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
